NOVACUBE Dash Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NOVACUBE LTD ("NOVACUBE", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use the NOVACUBE Dash mobile game (the "App").

Information handled by the App

NOVACUBE Dash does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address or phone number, and does not directly collect payment information.

The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide advertising, including rewarded advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or receive:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
• App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as crash or SDK performance data; and
• device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, App Set ID or similar identifiers.

How information is used and shared

These data may be collected and shared with Google for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Advertising choices

You can manage or delete your device's advertising ID and adjust advertising privacy controls in your Android device settings. Depending on your region, the App or Google's services may also present consent or privacy choices. Rewarded advertisements are optional gameplay choices; you may choose not to watch them.

Children

NOVACUBE Dash is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

Data retention

We do not operate user accounts or directly maintain a database of personal information collected through the App. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies and the user's applicable controls.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements or third-party services. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
